Thinking, Doing, Learning HDR Conference 2018
This year’s Thinking Doing Learning HDR Conference is open to all EPSW HDR students. It’s a space to share your current research with an engaged and supportive audience. This platform is an opportunity to showcase your research and receive valuable feedback to help you address ongoing questions and challenges. We’re looking to spark innovation and cross-fertilisation among students and academic staff from the disciplines of Education, Psychology and Social Work. HDR is a unique way to share ideas and move your research forward in new and exciting ways. Presentations at the HDR conference can be counted towards a milestone.
Papers can be presented in two different formats:
- 15 minute presentations with brief time left for questions (think: conference)
- PechaKucha style, with up to 20 slides (EXAMPLE)
Send your abstract of up to 200 words to [email protected] by Wednesday 30th May COB. Include:
- Title of your presentation
- Details of your supervision team,
- Year of candidature
- Format of your paper (regular presentation or PechaKucha).
If you you’re not quite ready for the challenge of presenting, we hope you will join the conference as active audience members. July 19th – put it in your diary!
