I completed my undergraduate degree at Flinders University and am currently completing my Honours year in the Forensic and Clinical Cognition Lab. During my undergraduate studies, I developed an interest in clinical cognition and how the brain processes trauma which led me to choose the lab for my Honours year.

Previous research has shown that sensitive-content screens do not affect how people prepare to view or react after viewing potentially harmful content. My thesis aims to understand if emotional regulation, particularly reappraisal, on sensitive-content screens is useful harm-mitigation and will better prepare people to see potentially harmful content.
