I am currently undertaking my honours program within the Forensic and Clinical Cognition Lab. I joined the lab in 2026 during my honours year. My thesis aims to investigate the effect the flipped classroom model has on fifth year post-grad psychology student’s self-efficacy and perceived readiness for placement. Students’ self-efficacy contributes to their persistence, resilience, and competence under stress. Perceived readiness supports smooth transitions to supervised practice. The flipped classroom model is shown to have benefits in higher education, however these benefits have not been tested at the post graduate psychology level. My project aims to close this gap.
