I am currently completing my Honours year in the Forensic and Clinical Cognition Lab, supervised by Dr. Erin Simister.  I am excited to join the Lab to hear more about different areas of trauma research and learn from a range of experienced supervisors.

In 2026, Flinders University will implement the flipped classroom model in its postgraduate psychology programs. My honours thesis will investigate whether this model, alongside small class sizes, enhances students’ knowledge and understanding of safe and ethical practice, which is a key competency required to enter the workforce. I am looking forward to seeing how this preliminary research can guide the development of future teaching strategies that best prepare students for their first professional placement.
