After completing my undergraduate studies at Flinders University in 2024, I am now undertaking my Honours year in the Forensic and Clinical Cognition Lab, under the supervision of Dr Taylor Swain. I was fortunate enough to complete my third-year placement in the Lab in 2024, and enjoyed the experience so much that I wanted to continue my studies with the Lab into my Honours year.

My thesis aims to investigate to what extent prospective memory—your ability to remember future actions or intentions—is subject to metacognitive biases—your personal belief about your memory (e.g., “I have a bad memory”) when measured through self-report. We are also interested in whether the accuracy of self-reported prospective memory errors can be manipulated, based on how someone appraises their memory ability. Outside of my studies I love travelling and going to as many concerts as possible.
